Noreena Hannigan

As Finance and Operations Manager at QBM, Noreena Hannigan plays a central role in driving the company’s financial performance and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the company’s Directors, she oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash collection, and compliance with financial regulations — ensuring QBM remains on a solid financial footing.

Noreena also leads the warehouse and fabrication teams, manages procurement and logistics, and ensures seamless coordination across departments. Her leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing customer service at the trade counter, and implementing robust stock and dispatch systems.

With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Noreena is also responsible for IT infrastructure, HR partnerships, and cross-functional reporting. Her commitment to high standards and continuous improvement supports QBM’s mission to deliver industry-leading roofing and cladding solutions across Ireland.
