Ultraflex is a high-performance liquid waterproofing system supplied by Independent waterproofing suppliers, Quality Building Materials. Ultraflex can be used on new and existing roofs, walkways, balconies and gutters straight out of the can with a solvent resistant roller all year around.

Fully trafficable once cured, Ultraflex has excellent adhesion to different substrates including plywood, bitumen, asphalt, metals, brick, concrete and wood. The product is also fully BBA certified in excess of 25 years and holds NHBC and Green roof approval.
